A 1.5% listing fee for Corona sellers—without cutting the core service.

The 1.5% refers to Landon Ray’s listing-side brokerage compensation under a signed listing agreement. Buyer-broker compensation, if any, is separate and negotiable.

What the listing service includes

The service includes pricing and preparation strategy, professional property photography, MLS distribution, showing coordination, digital promotion, offer analysis, negotiation, disclosure and transaction guidance, and support through closing.

What is separate

Buyer-broker compensation, title, transfer taxes, HOA charges, inspections, repairs, lender or payoff charges, and other third-party costs are separate. Seller escrow-fee coverage applies to the standard seller escrow fee under the written terms, not every closing expense.

Compare net proceeds, not just percentages

A fee only matters in context. Compare each agent’s services, pricing judgment, marketing, contract terms, likely concessions, and complete estimated net. Landon can prepare side-by-side numbers using your expected sale price.
